To participate at ICORS meets DSSV 2024 you must first create an account. Once the account has been created and activated, you can submit abstracts and register for the conferences.
Abstract submission
ICORS meets DSSV 2024 features keynotes as well as invited, contributed and poster sessions. Accepted contributed talks consist of a presentation (15 minutes) followed by questions from the audience. Accepted posters will be showcased during the evening social hours and poster authors present a 2 minute pitch in the poster session.
Abstracts submitted for consideration at ICORS meets DSSV 2024 must follow the official ICORS meets 2024 Abstract Template on Overleaf. To submit an abstract the read-only link to the Overleaf project must be provided. Please consult the Overleaf documentation on how to share a read-only link. This rule applies to all abstracts submitted to an invited, contributed or poster session.
Registration
Partial travel support1 (reimbursement of costs for lodging for the duration of the conference and registration fees) for up to 15 participants is available through NSF award #2426029. To be eligible, participants must either be US citizens or from an institution accredited in the US. Support is limited to students enrolled in a degree program and early-career researchers in a tenure-track (or equivalent) position or within 5 years of receiving their terminal degree.
This conference is also generously sponsored the the National Institute of Statistical Sciences (NISS). Participants from NISS-affiliated institutions can get partial reimbursement of travel- and registration costs through their local NISS representative (reimbursement from NISS does not affect eligibility for the the above-mentioned travel awards).
